What youll do:?Overviewing one of Henkel?s two business units ?Adhesives Technologies? sales operation via assuming responsibility for?Personal Hygiene Segment under Consumer Goods Adhesives business unit in order to maximize strategic targets and further grow the business within the responsible area?Developing sales activities for his/her customer portfolio across KSA?Working closely with Regional Sales Manager for preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, increase the profit, and gain market share?Executing customer roadmap and managing daily sales and customer requests with customer service team?Traveling around KSA to participate customer trials in case of business necessities and analyzing market trendsWhat makes you a good fit?University degree in Engineering, business administration or related departmentsPassion to develop his/herself in sales and business administration for next step as a Sales manager?Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels?Result oriented, self-motivating and team playerNative in Arabic and Fluent in English both spoken and written?Valid driving license and flexible for travelingYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
