Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC sales engineer to drive sales growth by identifying business opportunities, designing technical HVAC solutions- including chillers – and closing deals. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and client management skills.Key Responsibilities:• Find and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.• Understand client needs and suggest the right HVAC systems based on technical and site requirements.• Visit sites to assess feasibility and gather necessary data for proposals.• Prepare and present proposals, equipment selections, and quotations.• Work with internal teams (projects, service) to ensure smooth project execution.• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide support after the sale.• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activity.• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events.• Keep track of sales activities, client pipeline, and performance metrics.Qualifications:• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field within Saudi Arabia.• Good technical knowledge of HVAC system and their components.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.• Valid driver’s license issued in Saudi Arabia.
