This role is responsible for bringing in new business, acquiring clients, and promoting MediaGrey’s services across the Saudi market. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, skilled in relationship-building, and familiar with the Saudi business landscape.Key Responsibilities:Drive new business opportunities and build a strong client pipelineDevelop and execute strategies to market MediaGrey’s full range of creative and digital servicesConduct client meetings and deliver persuasive pitches and presentationsManage client relationships from initial contact through ongoing supportCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service deliveryTrack market trends and competitor activity to identify growth areasRepresent the agency at relevant events, exhibitions, and networking opportunitiesNegotiate deals and finalize service agreementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management in the Saudi marketStrong spoken communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamResults-driven, proactive, and well-organizedFamiliarity with marketing, branding, digital, and creative agency services is an advantageIndian nationals are preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive industry-standard salaryCompany-provided carCommunication allowanceHealth insuranceAnnual vacation leaveA creative and collaborative team culture
