Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Development Representative to join our growing team! As a Sales Development Representative; you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers and recording data properly and in the relevant tools and platforms. Sales Development Representatives at palm.hr must have excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic (English is a great advantage) and great negotiation skills. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Contact and qualify potential customers that fit the ideal customer profile
  • Set appointments and follow up on both inbound and outbound leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
  • Experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot
  • Experience in HR industry a huge advantage
