Sales CoordinatorDescription :•Communicate the Salesperson about new rental enquiries from customers.•Customer Creation in Netsuite.•Preparing Quotations & forwarding to clients.•LPO follow up with clients.•Generating Sales Orders from Netsuite for confirmed orders & forwarding to Logistics Dept for fulfilling the orders.•Taking approvals from Managers for every sale order released.•Creating Task in Netsuite for fulfilling the task.•Follow up for Trade License & VAT copy from customers to keep the records updated in system.•Collecting credit facility forms from clients with necessary documents and submitting for management approvals.•Maintaining & updating Customer credit facility records at regular basis.•Preparing flow business quotation summary from Netsuite and circulating to Managers.•Attending monthly cash call meeting and maintaining updates for payments.•Assist Salesperson and follow up with the client for KYC and Credit Management Forms.•Payment Follow up with Customer & Accounts.Qualifications :•Need Experience•Immediate joining📠Location : Saudi Arabia
