Job Description

  • Co-ordinate with Sales Engineers in preparation of quotation & Update Quotation Register.
  • Co-ordinate with other branches in sharing & obtaining quotations.
  • Preparation ofTechnical Submittals coordinating withSales Engineers.
  • Work with Sales Engineers in parallel to gather all docs relevant toeach order for our record.
  • Register ordersin Sales Controls sheet in details & update.
  • Send SRF with supporting documents likeRV & PASO Number.
  • Follow-up for approval, coordinate with logistics for delivery&Obtain Delivery Notes & Invoices, save in relevant order files.
