Identifies current & future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.- Provides product, service & equipment technical & engineering information by answering questions and requests during the bidding phase.- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organizing sales plan.- Prepares cost estimate by studying blueprints, plans and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects and other professional and technical personnel.- Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.- Develops customers? employees by providing technical information and training.- Complies with state & local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions.- Coordinates with the technical office ensuring the prepared project implementation plan is in compliance with the sales deal.- Follows up regularly updating all pipe line tracker with all prospect jobs; this is to support the sales activities.- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.- Monitor the performance of Sales Engineers if required and assess their performancePersonal Skills- Good communication & negotiation skills.- Excellent Presentation.- Very good command of English.- Very good computer skills.Technical Skills:-Candidate will be based in KSA and shall be from BMS / IT / ELV Sales background preferably with Sales experience in Construction sector - KSA market- Experience in Construction, hospitality, and real estate industry is required-Experienced with Electrical and Mechanical contractors and consultants in the region.-Experienced and capable of Direct selling experience with contractor / end users-Drive account management (Client, end users, Contractors, Consultants).-Provide weekly / monthly report and pipeline management to achieve the business expectationsEducationB Sc. in Engineering with a specialization depending on the industryYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
