Job Description

Our client is a global ICT/Telecom sector providing leading Information and IT Solutions.Relevant Experience:-

  • Prior experience in payroll processing, human resources, accounting, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience with payroll software and accounting software is often required.
Requirement:-
  • Execute reporting, technical, and administrative tasks related to staff benefits and payroll functions.
  • Ensure the accuracy of company payroll by scrutinizing departmental pay authorizations and validating deductions from wages.
  • Compile statistical and payroll data from various sources (such as timesheets/payroll, salary adjustments, employee dues, benefits, leave balances, etc.) to generate summaries for other team members and to uphold compliance with established guidelines.
  • Conduct audits of payroll procedures and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage the processing of salaries and wages within the accounting framework and generate regular payroll reports for regulatory bodies and other relevant entities.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to payroll policies and procedures.
  • Update termination data within the payroll system.
  • Reconcile balances in payroll accounts (including time sheets, direct deposits, wage attachments, benefits, etc.) to maintain precise account records and adhere to established protocols.
  • Resolve inconsistencies in payroll and benefit information and/or documentation (such as payroll records, benefit provider details, salary status, late hires, leaves of absence, etc.) to ensure the accuracy of records and employee remuneration.
  • Handle tasks related to final settlement postings and reversal postings.
  • Maintain the updated status of EOS (End of Service) tracking for the Finance department.
  • Manage final settlement statement procedures, including corrections, preparation, and deletions.
  • Update the final settlement tracker for the HR department.
  • Ensure strict adherence to applicable laws and company policies.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of all work-related matters and information.
  • Fulfill any additional duties assigned that are relevant to the scope of the role.
