Participate to the preparation and implementation of the budget processes

Supervise the daily work of safety inspectors and provide them with necessary instructions to ensure the achievement of their objectives
Help other departments to identify hazards related to their activities and make the risk assessment
Prepare and establishes main safety documents
Help other departments establish their working instructions. Inspects working places, methods, tools and equipment in regular bases and makes sure they are properly working
Participate in developing behavior by training and awareness.
Prepare action plans for safety inspectors
Ensure availability and usage of quality of safety PPE.
Prepare monthly and yearly safety reports about safety issues and statistics
Communicate clearly on information relating to potentially dangerous situations and get confirmation that they are correctly understood.
Ensure availability and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs)
Prepare all the tools and equipment needed for safety in coordination with all concerned departments
Participate in investigation and analyzing incidents and near miss in coordination with concerned managers, close issues and suitably communicated
Ensure that safe work rules and practices are understood, implemented and consistently followed by contractors
Ensure adoption and adherence to company standards, norms and best practices
Recommend solutions to specific issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
Conduct regular plant audits and inspections, and provide recommendations with follow-up to ensure Health & Safety performance improvement.
Coach, train and enhance the Health & Safety awareness, knowledge and skills of the staff and contractor within the plant
Set a plan to check periodically fire sensors and water sparkling systems
Set a plan to check periodically emergency exits and evacuation plans and locations
Make daily tours
Follow up with clinic staff for medical injuries and other incidents
