Key Responsibilities: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments on-site.Investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions, and prepare detailed reports.Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff.Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 standards.Maintain proper documentation of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.Coordinate with management and workers to promote safety awareness and best practices.Keep updated with the latest safety regulations and industry standards.Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry, specifically with villa projects and pre-cast panel erection.Valid certificates in OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.Preferably Asian Nationals (Filipino nationals preferred, or South Asians).Strong knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and standards.Excellent communication and reporting skills.Ability to conduct safety training and awareness programs.Working Conditions: Site-based role with exposure to construction environments.Ability to perform inspections and safety audits in various conditions.
