Key Responsibilities:Enforce safety policies and procedures across the worksiteConduct daily site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazardsProvide toolbox talks, safety training, and induction programs for workersInvestigate and report accidents, near-misses, and unsafe practicesMaintain safety documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsLiaise with site supervisors and management to promote a safety-first cultureEnsure the proper use of PPE and safety equipment on-siteRequirements:Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related fieldNEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatoryMinimum 3 years of experience in a safety role, preferably in construction or oil & gasStrong knowledge of HSE standards and local regulationsExcellent observation, communication, and reporting skillsCandidates with transferable Iqama (KSA) or UAE experience are preferred
