Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and oversee HSE strategies, systems, and protocols.Lead and mentor site safety teams.Conduct audits and ensure compliance with Saudi labor, environmental, and safety regulations.Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all documentation is up to date.Oversee investigation and root cause analysis of incidents.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of HSE experience within Saudi Arabia in construction, industrial, or modular projects.NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).Bachelors degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission, or government safety protocols (preferred).Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
