The facility provides treatment and care for patients requiring short-term comprehensive rehabilitation or inpatient medical treatment for chronic disease management and long-term care.what we offer

descriptionThe Safety and Security Supervisor will assume the following responsibilities:
  • Communicate with the Operations Director / Admin Director /Quality Director and FMS Supervisor regarding the needs and report any changes as required;
  • Develop and implement safety and security operations, policies, procedures, and training to ensure compliance with all accreditation (CBAHI, CARF,?.etc) and/or government operations (HEPPU, Civil D‚fense?etc), policies, and procedures;
  • Manage investigations, compliance audits, and security inspections by government agencies;
  • Ensure that all employees are complying with the hospitals rules and regulations;
  • Administer framework necessary to ensure safety and security operations, policies, and procedures; oversee the correction of all issues in the interest of safety, security and risk reduction;
  • Assess program risk and assist in the development of appropriate strategy;
  • Oversee the investigation and correction of all security issues;
  • Periodically tours buildings and grounds, examining doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure and not tampered with;
  • Conduct hospital-wide security rounds with the coordination of the FMS supervisor and significant findings are documented and shared with the operation director;
  • Confronts unauthorized persons for questioning, routes or detains them, or telephones police for assistance, according to circumstances;
  • Restrict access to sensitive areas of the hospital such as medical records, administrative area, pharmacy, medical equipment narcotic and controlled vault and pediatric area.
