Safety and Security Infrastructure Program Manager

Our client, in the Construction Engineering, is looking for a Safety and Security Infrastructure Program Manager to work in Saudi Arabia forone of its biggestproject.Responsibilities:

• The Security and Safety Infrastructure Program Manager will work with all security teams and stakeholders on initiatives to evaluate technology infrastructure and environments then define and build scalable solutions.
• The Manager will develop and share a vision for Security and safety infrastructure that combines the standard practice as well as the smart technology components
• Focus on initiatives that will develop and enhance the safety and security infrastructure for Traffic safety, Traffic flow and engineering, Surveillance, Environmental, energy effect on its sustainability and continuity
• Lead teams that provide support and are responsible for technical operations which involve technology, and infrastructure
• Drive decision making and asses complex infrastructure and systems risk, assessing technology changes, and driving Infrastructure.
• Able to lead others to complete large scale, County-wide initiatives.
• Work with County IT and HSSE teams to implement Infrastructure within the county vision, and project goals.
• Support both short term immediate and long-term, safety and security infrastructure solutions that solve growth and regulatory requirements.
• Provide reporting and guidance to stakeholder chiefs and managers based on defined strategy and goals of the program.
• Manage collaboration and communication with multiple department leaders, both internal and external, to ensure teams have what they need and can work efficiently.
• Establish priorities and direction by building a roadmap and implement strategies for executing, measuring progress, and communicating results against these goals to leadership teams.
• Work with technology vendors and internal groups to develop systems to deliver the desired goals.
• You will work with a range of existing and innovative technologies including geo spatial mapping, physical security, information Technology, surveillance, video management, access control, intercom, audio visual systems, and many more internal applications and systems in large scale enterprise environments.

• Minimum of 20 years of experience including at least 5 years as Safety and Security Infrastructure Manager.
• Experience in quickly evolving safety and security Infrastructure in a highly technical environment.
• Experience developing strategy to meet large scale architecture needs and minimize downtime.
• Experience working directly with information security, network security and risk teams to develop secure environments.
• Experience in Smart City concepts and traffic engineering requirements.
• Understanding of what it takes to build program from concept to end of life.
• Experience in cross functional collaboration across many stakeholders.
• strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in system conceptual design, system architecture, system implementation project management.
• Experience working with end-users, systems engineers, infrastructure, IT support, management, network teams, field teams in production support environment.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities on deadlines.
• Strong Knowledge of general physical security systems, security hardware devices, IOT devices, software, vulnerably assessments, and complex networks.
