We are seeking a qualified and experienced Rotating Equipment Engineer with a strong background in turnaround/shutdown projects within the oil, gas, or petrochemical industries. The engineer will oversee inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning of rotating machinery during critical plant shutdown phases, ensuring all activities are executed safely and within schedule.Key Responsibilities:Supervise maintenance, inspection, and overhaul of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, fans, blowers, and other rotating machinery.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with turnaround schedules and safety protocols.Diagnose mechanical faults and recommend corrective actions.Ensure that all rotating equipment is maintained in compliance with OEM specifications, industry standards, and client requirements (e.g., Aramco standards if applicable).Participate in pre-shutdown planning, job safety analysis, and post-turnaround performance evaluations.Review and verify test data, alignment readings, vibration analysis, and equipment performance parameters.Maintain detailed documentation of work carried out, including inspection reports, progress logs, and technical evaluations.Mandatory Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance within turnaround or shutdown projects.In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and rotating machinery in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities.Locally available in Saudi Arabia with valid documents (Iqama / Muqeem, Chamber registration, passport, etc.).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
