We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Room Service Manager.Responsibilities:Participates in the service, and removal of food during operations by offering pre-determined menu selections to each tablentains knowledge of each selection?s, origin, taste, and preparation method Communicates guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen Checks completed kitchen orders with the guest?s original order Transports items to the guests room in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality and making self available to ensure satisfaction Train, motivate, recommend discipline, and supervise the work of servers ensuring that that all cultural and core standards are met Assist with administrative duties and preparing supply requisitionsPreferred Qualifications and Skills:College degree preferably specializinginhotel/restaurantmanagementMinimum three years food service or related work, previous supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
