We are looking for a Risk Manager for our project with Aramco.1. Risk Manager - 1 nosJob Responsiblities:We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Risk Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and addressing risks that impact our projects and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of risk management strategies, excellent analytical capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across various departments.1.Risk Identification and AnalysisDevelop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and processes.Identify risks associated with project as per Aramco requirements.Conduct qualitative risk assessments to gauge potential impact and likelihood.Risk MitigationDesign and execute risk mitigation plans and strategies.Monitor the effectiveness of mitigation efforts and adjust as needed.Ensure all risk activities align with organizational objectives.Reporting and DocumentationCreate and deliver detailed risk reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.Maintain an up-to-date risk register with complete documentation.Track and report on risk metrics and performance indicators.Collaboration and TrainingPartner with project managers, compliance officers, financial teams, and other stakeholders to integrate risk management practices into their workflows.Lead workshops and training sessions to instill a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.Communicate policies and procedures related to risk management to all relevant parties.Continuous ImprovementStay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in risk management.Recommend and implement policy and process enhancements.Champion a culture of continuous improvement in risk management.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related discipline.Professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, PRM, RMP or PMP are preferred.Awareness about Project Controls software, P6/Advance Excel would be a plus.Experience10–15 years of experience in risk management, ideally within Oil and Gas construction in Aramco Projects.Proven success in managing risks within complex projects or operational environments.Skills and AttributesAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in identifying and addressing risks.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with risk management software and tools.Communication Skills: Ability to present ideas clearly to various stakeholders.Team-Oriented: Adept at collaborating across departments while working independently.Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and assessments.Organizational Skills: Excels in managing time and prioritizing multiple tasks.Personal AttributesProactive, self-driven, and motivated to take initiative.Effective at building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.Committed to fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
