Major Responsibilities:Implement an effective and integrated system of risk management strategy: plan, processes, procedures, work instructions, etc. in line with international best practices and standards.Maintain Risk and Opportunities statistics, monitor and report on Risk Management system effectiveness at both Project and Program level.Support and monitor the implementation of the Risk function across Projects.Facilitate and support risk and opportunity workshops across the projectsFacilitate risk workshops and advise on schedule/cost risk analysis.Consolidate risks from Project level to Program & Portfolio level for overall review & reporting.Report Risk Metrics and graphical displays including dashboards to Project Management.Ability to work with limited supervision to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously under pressure.Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Construction or Management with 10 to 13 years of relevant work experience or 14 to 17 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree Knowledge of International Risk Standards e.g. ISO31000, PMBok, and associated standards e.g. ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14000, etcDemonstrated experience in Qualitative RiskAbility to support and perform Quantitative Schedule Risk Management (QSRA)Experience facilitating risk workshops, risk reviews/ sessions.Required Knowledge and Skills:Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management Team player with ability to lead a multinational, multi-dimensional organizationHigh level of energyExperience with the holistic approach of risk management on Portfolio and/or Program level. Experience and knowledge of all discipline’s risks during all Project stages from feasibility till handover e.g. procurement/contractual, QHSE, reputational Risks, etc.Preferably previous experience with industry-standard software for risk management/analysis programs such as SAFRAN, ARM and @ Risk softwareAbility to work with limited supervision to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously under pressure.Strategic quick thinker with abilities to deliver messaging across all layers of the project team.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
