TG connects a regional network of banks and FinTechs via a universal application programming interface (API). It is a locally focussed role supporting our launch and expansion in Saudi Arabia. The team?s mission is to continue TG?s integrity by ensuring it stays on a lawful, compliant, and ethical path.This role will enjoy taking ownership for planning, designing, and implementing KSA risk and compliance strategies, management processes, policies, testing, and procedures to enable effective management decisions and reporting across the business.You will support the Group Head of Risk & Compliance on identifying, managing, and mitigating relevant risks. Additionally, you will understand how APIs and Data Aggregation works to conduct Compliance Testing, ensure compliance with KSA open banking standards and general SAMA regulations.Furthermore, you will be a domain focused person that supports the Technology, Product and Commercial Teams in complying with regulations and measuring/managing risks. You will be result oriented, swift to support against time sensitive project and regulatory deadlines.You will collaborate with the rest of the team on the Group wide Compliance testing and the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process. You will have the knowledge and ensure that TG complies with all legal and contracted standards, and policies align accordingly.We need someone who is confident enforcing local regulations in all aspects and departments in TG as well as provide guidance on local compliance matters.Collaborating with the wider Risk & Compliance team, together you will provide support, education and training relating to risk and compliance to all team members across TG. As part of this team, together you?ll own specific reporting, ensuring the clear understanding and accountability for risks.The Risk & Compliance team will design and implement measures to control and mitigate risks including activities to avoid, reduce and transfer risks. Individually and collectively, you?ll own compliance issue resolution activities. You will continuously endeavour to review and improve procedures and systems accordingly and your first point of escalation will be the Group Head of Risk & Compliance.You will be an active contributor to supporting the realisation of our mission including team growth and delivery as we continue to create a progressive and modern Compliance function.
