The Rigger 2 shall perform complex rigging tasks and work under the supervision of a Lifting Supervisor or independently for standard lifts.• Inspect and prepare rigging gear (slings, shackles, hooks, spreader bars) before use.• Attach rigging to precast panels following lift plans and engineering specifications.• Assist in aligning and positioning panels during erection using taglines and hand signals.• Communicate with crane operators using standard hand signals or radio.• Ensure load stability during lifting and placement.• Monitor safety zones and ensure unauthorized personnel are kept clear.• Support grouting and caulking operations after panel placement.• Report equipment defects or unsafe conditions to the Lifting Supervisor.Rigger 2 – 12 Nos required
