Our Client is a global player in the engineering domain. Position is based in KSA.Job Scope for the role :

Drive the retail sales growth of the organisation across the KSA market
Strategic planning and execution
Manage the P&L and yearly budget and healthy inventory levels
Identify, recruit, train, develop and overall manage a successful sales team focussed on retail channel activities
Formulate retail strategies & sales initiatives to achieve business targets
Ensure effective market penetration and growth across the region
Manage the showrooms & display strategies
Ensure compliance of operational processes and procedures for store operations, sales, marketing and customer service within the retail stores

Candidate Requirements :

Bachelor?s degree qualification
Minimum 8 to 10 years retail sales experience in the Consumer Durables, FMCG, Engineering or related sector within a multinational environment
Experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory
Proven track record of in retail sales management and with P&L responsibility
Success in innovation strategies & execution
Strong leadership skills and business acumen
Excellent relationship management, client & customer management skills
Fluency in ARABIC & ENGLISH is Mandatory for this role
