Job Description

JOB PURPOSE The Resource Lead is responsible for the efficient and effective management of all resources required to deliver the facility management services within the aerodrome. This role ensures we have the right people, materials, equipment, and subcontractors in place to meet all service requirements, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITESDevelop and implement a comprehensive resource management plan to optimize resource allocation andutilization.? Human Resources:

  • Subcontractors and Supply Chain Forecast staffing needs based on workload and service demands.
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified personnel.
  • Ensure staff training and development programs are in place to maintain skill sets and service excellence.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and deployment to ensure the right personnel are available at the right time and location.
  • Develop and manage relationships with qualified subcontractors to meet specialized service needs.
  • Ensure efficient procurement of materials, consumables, and spare parts through a reliable supply chain.
? Materials & Equipment:
  • Develop and manage an inventory of materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles to support service delivery.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure timely repairs or replacements.
  • Implement procedures for the safe and proper use of all equipment.
? Resource Optimization:
  • Analyze resource consumption data to identify areas for improvement and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize resource utilization and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate resource allocation to ensure sufficient capacity to meet fluctuating service demands.
? Supervision & Performance:
  • Provide qualified and competent supervision to all resources and services.
  • Establish clear reporting lines and communication channels for all personnel.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities while empowering staff to solve problems and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
