Job Description

The role holder is responsible for managing the devices portfolio for all residential services, including fixed broadband devices and handsets. The role holder is also responsible for assisting in both defining partnership needs and defining in selecting devices providers all in accordance to the devices roadmap. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Managerial Responsibilities? Participates in the development and implementation of the Residential Terminals plans, in line with the corporate objectives.? Directs and manages the Residential Terminals Portfolio Management Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.? Interprets and implements change in Residential Terminals Portfolio Management Section providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.? Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Residential Terminals Portfolio Management Section. Core Responsibilities? Manages the overall devices portfolio for residential services including fixed broadband devices to ensure stc?s best interest? Proposes Residential Terminals related initiatives and propositions to ensure profitability, competitive edge and support STC B2C strategy.? Ensures to stay up-to-date with latest devices in the market and potential launches of new devices by manufacturers, reporting any changes to Residential Terminals? Contributes to the development of residential devices roadmap in coordination with device manufacturers and partners? Assists in defining partnership needs in accordance to the devices roadmap in order to ensure full alignment across all terminals teams? Ensures the technical inputs received from Operations regarding residential services devices portfolio are analyzed and communicated to related vendors? Assists in selecting devices providers based on coordination led with Commercial Procurement and knowledge of residential terminals portfolio? Facilitates the coordination with B2C Marketing directors to design and launch residential devices bundles for STC customers and ensure full alignment to the marketing plan? Conduct adequate service knowledge transfer session to Sales and Customer Care agents to ensure they are fully aware of devices features People Management Responsibilities? Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective application of the STC performance management process.? Directs planning and selection of manpower in the Residential Terminals Portfolio Management Section, in line with the business and operational plans.? Ensures high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within the Residential Terminals Portfolio Management Section. Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Director - Residential Terminals in order to meet objectives.
