Managing headcount, revenueand cost in close collaboration and with full goal alignment with the product lines and countries within MENATI. Advising customers on Baker Hughes specific solutions to drive improved outcomes in well construction as well as field production and recovery. Providingsubsurface relatedadvice and inputto multi-disciplinary projects, fromexploration through discoveryandappraisal to field development and productionto drive revenue and margin opportunity for Baker Hughes. Guiding and reviewingthe provision ofRTS work productsto provide BestInClass solutions forBaker Hughesclients. Establishing andmanaging largermulti-disciplinary project teams and/or multiple projectsof greater scope and complexity. Mentoring and developing talent.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors/Masters/PhD Degree in Geoscience or related earth science discipline with minimum 15 yearsrelevant work experience, coupled with relevant P&L experience from a sales and service product line Have excellentproblem solvingskills with a drive for results. Be action oriented, ethical in value, and have a strong client focus Have ability to influence others and manage a team Demonstrate teaming skills to work across various internal and external organizations Be able to work both independently and as part of multi-disciplined teams working with an extensive client base. Have understanding of reservoir analysisand modeling.
