• You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
• You will be responsible for best-in-class service delivery and effective engagement with wider industry and professional bodies to promote Mace.
• You will be a recognised expert in reporting and project controls, with a strong internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).
• Be responsible for establishing Programme Controls reporting requirements and formats for the programme and projects delivered.
• Develop forms and tools for collecting project and programme status information.
• Coordinate production and distribution of key monthly reports.
• Be responsible for establishing and maintaining the weekly and monthly reporting calendar.
• Attend monthly governance progress review meetings with the client.
• Work with key stakeholders to define and establish requirements and design of programme reports.
• Manage the input and production of key monthly/quarterly reports.
• Drafts the executive summary of the Programme Monthly Report.
• Review and edit reports for quality.
• Attend project review meetings where appropriate and challenges project status.
• Manage the interface between key project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sub-programme and project teams to monitor sub-programme/project level reporting.
• Notify staff of reporting requirements and timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage staff of technical editors and database specialists to ensures quality and efficiency of Programme Controls reporting.

Youll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Relevant bachelors degree (or equivalent).
• Experience of working on large high profile complex capital programmes.
• Technically qualified to at least degree level, ideally with post-graduate qualification(s).
• Member of a relevant professional body.
