Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reporting & Budgeting Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Reporting & Budgeting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and budgeting processes of our clients. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting, as well as provide valuable insights and analysis to support decision-making.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models.
  5. Monitor and review budgets, providing recommendations for cost optimization.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure its accuracy.
  7. Prepare variance analysis reports and provide explanations for any deviations from budgets.
  8. Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
  9. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.
  10. Train and mentor junior finance team members.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  2. Professional certification such as ACCA or CPA certification.
  3. Proven experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
  4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  5. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
