Job Description

SummaryThe Repairs Business Process Excellence Leader is responsible for leading continuous process and systems improvements for the Repairs organization, including process standardization and simplification, system enhancements, developing global insights, and business transformation.Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Repairs BPE team
  • Drive process & system improvements across the repairs network, including strategy definition, process analysis, business requirements, and standards implementation
  • Develop work standards for roles across the Repairs organization
  • Deliver meaningful data insights across the network to support SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)
  • Align processes & systems to support ongoing business transformation activities
  • Partner with the DT organization to develop, digitize, and improve systems supporting desired business processes
  • Build strong partnerships and drive change management with cross functional team members globally (ITO, fulfillment, engineering, sourcing, quality, finance, regions,) to deliver business centric outcomes
  • Engage and motivate a global team working in various functions across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Create a consistent communication rhythm on program status and operational improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
  • Significant operations, repairs or supply chain related experience

  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience
  • ERP Super User or Key User experience
  • Tableau and data model creation experience
  • Operational Finance acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Lean, Green Belt or Black Belt Certification (GE Employees Only)
  • High energy and ability to energize others
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • High motivation level; self-starter with strong leadership and negotiation skills
