Registered Nurse - ORJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Surgical Support: Assist surgeons during procedures by preparing the operating room, ensuring sterility, and managing surgical instruments.•Patient Preparation: Assess, educate, and prepare patients for surgery, ensuring a safe and supportive experience.•Intraoperative Care: Monitor patient vitals, manage anesthesia requirements in collaboration with anesthetists, and respond to emergencies during surgery.•Postoperative Duties: Collaborate with recovery room staff to ensure smooth transitions and monitor patients post-surgery.•Documentation: Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, patient care plans, and post-operative reports.Skills :•Proficiency in surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques.•Expertise in monitoring and responding to patient vitals during surgery.•Familiarity with operating room equipment such as electrosurgical units, suction devices, and monitoring systems.•2+ years of experience in surgical nursing or operating room settings.•Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.•Strong understanding of surgical protocols, infection control, and safety standards.•Competence in electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation.
