Our client is an�Heavy Machinery�company. They are now looking for a�Regional Sales Manager�to join them.�Roles & Responsibilities�

Create and manage regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives
Support dealers with day-to-day sales operation
Evaluate dealers? retail sales performances and inventory status
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Forecast monthly and annual sales plan
Develop new dealerships for better performance in a strategic way
Put together sales material for training of dealers/customers
Develop and manage key accounts
Coach and mentor sales team on the following topics: closing, time and territory management, negotiating, product knowledge, productivity, and gross margin.

�Salary: �SAR 25000 - SAR 30000
