Responsibilities:1)??????Analyzing the Zone Supervisor / BM visit reports submitted on a weekly basis2)??????Initiate corrective actions in cases of policy deviation or delayed cases and update RM on regular basis3)??????Monitor branch performances in coordination with BMs for maximizing revenue and operational efficiency4)??????Coordinate with Government Relations to ensure all permits and licenses at locations are valid and current5)??????Demand based pooling of cars and their distribution within the region to maintain good utilization at locations / branches6)??????Verification submission of reports to Accounts and feedback to BRS on timely basis with update to RM7)??????Ensure adequate staffing and staff movement ?within in coordination with RM to meet business needs8)??????Coordination with PROs and other departmental heads for ensuring easy recovery of unpaid and redemption of overdue cars9)??????Coordination with Regional Fleet Controller to receive cars and to return cars to workshop or for sale10)??Monitor staff rentals and update recovery of unpaid11)??Ensure all marketing programs are effectively communicated to operations team for implementation12)??Check and appraise the performance of all staff under their jurisdiction13)??Follow up with BMs/Zone supervisors and CSEs for clearing all open RAs and unreported RAs as given by Accounts department14)??Explore opportunities to expand network in the region and finalize it with RM?
