PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESPrincipal Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare the statistical and financial reports and provide data and information within the time specified in the process for reports and data.Manage client and public requests for reference and historical data including mutual fund information and financial indicators.Ensure that the Exchange?s website is up to date with the relevant information.Ensure that all adjustments and corrections take place in an accurate and timely manner.Ensuring that all reports are delivered within the agreed time bound, along with the required information to the customers.Partner with the lines of business to drive alignment and to facilitate and execute transactions and support clients.Key AccountabilitiesCarry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company?s standards.Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.Job RequirementsJOB SPECIFICATIONSEducation and CertificationsBachelor degree in Finance & Business Management or similar.Knowledge and Experience3 + years of experience in financial services with exposure to data management.Skills RequiredExtensive knowledge in Microsoft OfficeNumerical set of skills and market dataCOMPETENCIESCorePositive & Constructive AttitudeInternal & External Customer FocusClarity of Thoughts & CommunicationAnalytical Thinking & Calculated Risk TakingOrganizational CommitmentCooperation & CollaborationYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
