The role holder is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of related Sector/Function Talent Sourcing by coordinating with relevant Sectors for identifying vacancies, ensuring availability of updated job descriptions, developing and communicating job postings to head-hunters, recruitment agencies, etc., screening received applications, facilitating the interview process and managing offer negotiation and acceptance. The role holder is also responsible for undertaking all measures to ensure availability of various channels of recruitment and a good-quality talent pool for STC. The role holder shall carry out job duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.- Coordinates with stakeholders from targeted Sectors to collate any job vacancies identified by relevant stakeholders that require external recruitment and initiates the recruitment process for the same.- Reviews the existing job descriptions to understand the requirements pertaining to skill set desired, qualification, nature of experience, etc. required for the vacant role.- Coordinates with head-hunters and recruitment agencies to check the status of applications received and collates the profiles received.- Screens all received applications to filter out applications that do not meet qualification criteria and ensure that rejected candidates are informed.- Facilitates the selection procedure by providing requisite assistance to stakeholders and candidates involved and follows up with the selected candidate on offer negotiation and acceptance.- Checks employment history with related employers , carry out references calls and document findings.- nforms head-hunters and recruitment agencies if a candidate has been selected to ensure closure of vacancy posting on all external portals.- Maintains career webpage in the external website of STC, to ensure the availability of best-qualified candidates.- Provides Business Partners with finale job offers for their review, validation and endorsement.- Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager.
