Job Description

Our client is one of the largest Chemical Manufacturing companies in the region. They are now looking for a Recruitment Operations Leadto join them in Al Jubail Office. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Able to support hiring for Mid - Senior such as project management, cost control, and Project engineering hiring experience.
  • Understand market conditions.
  • Understand business growth targets to support Region Recruiting Leader in developing the recruitment strategy.
  • Manage headcount planning for the recruiting function across the region, proactively assessing changes in recruitment need over the year manage team , work allocations, portfolio allocation.
  • Execute continuous improvement and change management projects relating to recruiting, as and when required.
  • Manage the C.Vs screening from Jobs posts, internal databases, or direct applications through the companys website.
  • Upload the candidates profiles in the Internal system (SAP Success Factors) and update the candidates steps.
  • Arranging interviews with the recruitment team and managers
Preference & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business management or related field
  • proven work experience minimum of 4+ years in Recruitment or similar role working on Mid-Senior hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle of recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
