Saudi Arabia˙Mar 5, 2023˙SAR 20000 - SAR 250000˙Contract ˙Full timeOur client is one of the largest˙ Chemical Manufacturing˙companies in the region. They are now looking for a˙Recruitment Operations Lead˙to join them in Al Jubail Office.˙Roles & Responsibilities˙

  • Able to support hiring for Mid ? Senior such as project management, cost control, and Project engineering hiring experience.
  • Understand market conditions.
  • Understand business growth targets to support Region Recruiting Leader in developing the recruitment strategy.
  • Manage headcount planning for the recruiting function across the region, proactively assessing changes in recruitment need over the year; manage team size, work allocations, portfolio allocation.
  • Execute continuous improvement and change management projects relating to recruiting, as and when required.
  • Manage the C.Vs screening from Jobs posts, internal databases, or direct applications through the company?s website.
  • Upload the candidates? profiles in the Internal system (SAP Success Factors) and update the candidates? steps.
  • Arranging interviews with the recruitment team and managers
