Job Description

Key Responsibilities- Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements- Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate- Manage job posting on various platform and maintain a candidate data base- Develop and execute recruiting plans to identify qualified candidates- Source, screen and evaluate candidate applications- Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule- Participating in hiring decisions with HR manager and supervisors- Develop and maintain an effective network of contacts to source potential candidates- Organize and conduct recruitment interviews and assessment processes- Keep up to date with current recruitment trends and best practices- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring processRequirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings at once.- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices- Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively- Organized and self- directed
