Job Description

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the companys talent acquisition function, including developing and implementing recruiting strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This involves collaborating with hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify talent needs and developing effective sourcing and screening processes to attract top talent.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies that align with the companys goals and values
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting resources, including job boards, recruiting agencies, and social media platforms
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for key positions
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes as a member of the senior management team
