Job Description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidates potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned goals.Responsibilities:

  • Formulate detailed technical recruiting documents for sourcing and analytical purposes.
  • Develop a systematic approach to plan an efficient hiring schedule for the prescribed profiles.
  • Utilize various platforms to attract skilled professionals for various organizational profiles.
  • Plan a full-proof hiring process that covers the six stages of recruitment, from preparation to the onboarding stage.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Take charge of sourcing talented professionals by posting job profiles on well-known job portals.
  • Screen resumes and job applications for different positions.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive).
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
