Responsibilities:Billing & Invoicing:Prepare, review, and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and applicable tax regulations.Monitor billing schedules and ensure timely delivery of invoices.Receipts & Cash Application:Reconcile and post customer payments to the appropriate accounts.Resolve unapplied or misapplied payments promptly.Collections & Dispute Management:Proactively follow up on overdue accounts via email, calls, and statements.Investigate and resolve customer disputes and billing discrepancies in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal teams.Maintain detailed records of collection activities.Reporting & Analysis:Prepare accounts receivable for aging reports and collection forecasts.Analyze trends in receivables and propose action plans to reduce overdue balances.Support month-end and year-end closing activities by reconciling AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger.Compliance & Controls:Ensure adherence to company policies, IFRS/GAAP standards, and tax/VAT requirements.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance AR processes and systems.Participate in process automation initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent is required.Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.2 years of accounting experience, with a focus on accounts receivable.Knowledge of accounting regulations and practices.Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
