Receivable AccountantJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.•Reconcile accounts and follow up on overdue payments.•Review customer accounts for discrepancies and resolve billing issues.•Ensure proper allocation of payments and accurately post cash receipts.•Prepare and maintain accounts receivable aging reports and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances.•Assist in the preparation of financial statements by providing accurate accounts receivable data.•Collaborate with the collections team to reduce overdue accounts and minimize bad debt.•Monitor and enforce credit limits for clients, ensuring adherence to company policies.•Process and track customer credits, adjustments, and refunds.•Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.Skills :•Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.•Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and general accounting principles.•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.•Ability to analyze financial data and prepare clear and concise reports.•Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.•Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.•Professional certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus but not required.
