Job Description

Petroplan is seeking to hire a RCA Specialist for one of its clientsJob Purpose:The primary role will be to provide technical support to operating facilities, and talent development of new Engineers. The Specialist will develop & conduct special studies and analysis for RCA & defect elimination processes.Job Requirements:

  • You must hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • You should have a minimum of 15 years experience in the RCA and/or Defect Elimination discipline.
  • Black-belt Six Sigma & TapRoot certified is preferred.
  • You should have demonstrated leadership qualities and team building skills to drive and liaise with people at all levels.
  • In-depth change management and problem-solving techniques are an advantage.
  • Preferred competencies include: analytical, methodical, chronological and open minded.
