Responsibilities: Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for electrical and instrumentation worksConduct tender evaluations and contract negotiationsMonitor project costs and expenditures throughout the project lifecycleManage change orders and variation claimsEnsure compliance with contractual and safety standardsCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to control costs and maximize valueReview and analyze subcontractor and supplier invoicesTrack procurement and contractual documentationRequirements: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Mining, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas projectsProven experience with EPCM and construction projectsSaudi work experience is mandatoryStrong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation scope of workFamiliarity with industry standards and contract managementExcellent negotiation and communication skillsBachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
