Quantity SurveyorThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes cost estimation, cost control, cost planning, and commercial management throughout the entire life cycle of the project from inception to completion.Requirements:•Education : Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.•Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is highly desirable.•Approval from Royal Commission in jubail•Minimum of [ 10 ] years of experience in quantity surveying or a related role.•Proven experience in managing costs and contracts for construction projects.Skills :•Strong analytical and numerical skills.•Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.•Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, CostX, Bluebeam).•Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and contract law.Personal Attributes :•Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.•Strong organizational and time management skills.•Team player with a proactive approach.Working Conditions :•Primarily office-based with regular site visits.•Occasional travel may be required.•Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.Location : Saudi Arabia
