1.???Ensure proper implementation and follow up of FSMS plan.2.???Ensure QMS/SOP are established, implemented and updated, implementation of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) as well as GWP ( good warehousing practice) , and aligned to any Saudi Government requirement such as SFDA etc.3.???Documenting and analyzing product deficiency incidents.4.???Oversees the planning of all operations covering the ingredient room, laboratory, Q.A line inspection, hygiene and sanitation.5.???Review and interprets analysis report, keep record of the same as required by top management and for the audit purpose.6.???Ensure that the resting, inspection of product and monitoring food safety aspects are properly executed.7.???Ensure to take samples of product, raw materials, water, plastic and colors. Biological, physical and?microbiological parameters are tested and record are kept.8.???Planning and scheduling the activities of all the areas under the QA department including hygiene aspects.9.???Conducts root cause analysis of quality problems and recommends corrective action measures.10.?To get the calibration done for equipment?and also review the reports as sent from any outside laboratory.11.?To ensure the hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery and also among staff.12.?To maintain proper coordination and cooperation with other departments.13.?To maintain all quality records and?statistical?data.14.?To arrange staff vacation without affecting the manpower shortage in different section.15.?Evaluate and verifies employee performance through review of completed work assignment and work technics. Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence and training needs to ensure that the training is obtained.16.?To deal with correspondence/files/letters/application pertaining to quality assurance department.17.?To comply with all the laws, regulations and quality management system set by management for the bakery.
