Job Title:Quality Engineering ExpertLocation:Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia ? Masters Dgree or BSC in Mechanical/Material Engineering /Quality Management ? Fully capable of dealing with office software ? NDT Testing Level II,I (ASNT), CW (AWS) and Internal Auditor ? ISO 9001 Essentials ? Required: professional fluency in English, Arabic is strongly preferred ? Knowledge of reading the technical reports with giving the proper engineering recommendations ? Knowledge of power plant design and drawing, single line diagram etc. ? Knowledge in leading of a group, knowledge in safety and hazardous operation conditions, skill in motivation and communication of his team ? Thorough knowledge of working principles of the devices installed at Steam / Gas Turbine power plants and have experience of their calibration, trouble-shooting and rectificationExperience:15 years? experience in Metallurgical /Mech. EngineerResponsible for giving guidance and expertise in the field of Metallurgical /Material inspections OEM & Repair parts and audits of HGP parts of GT in power plants at diff. type of fleet . Be the point of contact for any experts needed subjects in the relevant fields. Develop and improve the relevant processes. Coach and guide junior engineers in the relevant subjects.Job Resposibilities? Responsible for the highest standards of safety, efficiency and profitable operation of the plant by working along well-motivated and highly trained Operations/Maintenance/Technical Support teams, to work effectively in a dynamic environment. ? Experience in Developing a Procedure for Destructive & Non Destructive Tests. ? Capable of developing Standards & procedures for Super alloys Materials repair ? Experience of technical writing for the scope of works of replacement/updating parts ? High experience of conducting trouble shooting and RCA for failure parts in the Power Plant. ? Experience & capablity of carrying out Labs / workshops Inspection audit & assessments. ? Experience with ASME,ASTM,?etc. related Standards. ? Capable to issue & reivew polices & procdures of HGP Component Criteria for all Gas Turbine Units . ? Capable in Establishing a data base for Superalloys & Coating Specifications & Limits. ? Develop best practices processes for standards, policies, quality check for the relevant fields ? Coach the junior engineers and teach them ? Experience of international root cause analysis software (preferably Sologic) with minimum of 50 reports prepared and minimum 20 reports reviewed. ? Familiarization with Gas Turbine minor, hot gas path and major inspections requirements of different major gas turbine makes and models ? Capable to issue & reivew polices & procdures of HGP Component Criteria for all Gas Turbine Units .
