Quality EngineerJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.•Conduct thorough testing and analysis of materials, components, and finished products to identify any defects or non-compliance.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).•Lead root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or FMEA.•Perform audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.•Create and update documentation, including quality procedures, specifications, and reports.•Provide training to employees on quality standards, methodologies, and tools.•Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on quality metrics to management.Skills :•Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.•Proficiency in quality management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Minitab, JIRA).•Experience with regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar.•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.•Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.•2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role, ideally in manufacturing or production environments.•Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or other relevant quality certifications is a plus.
