This role is responsible for ensuring food safety, consistent product quality, efficient production operations, and accurate inventory/production records. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in the seafood industry and solid knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and food safety systems.Responsibilities:Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow and efficiencyMonitor and control quality checks for all seafood products throughout productionMaintain accurate inventory records, production reports, and documentationImplement, maintain, and improve HACCP, ISO, and food safety standardsTrain, supervise, and support production staff to meet quality and output targetsEnsure full compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirementsIdentify quality issues, take corrective actions, and support continuous improvementRequirements:Degree in Food Science or a related field3–5 years of experience in the seafood industry (mandatory)Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and food safety standardsTransferable Iqama preferredGood communication, leadership, and team supervision skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain records accuratelySalary & Benefits:Salary: 2,500 – 3,500 SAR (maximum range)Transportation: ProvidedAccommodation: Temporary accommodation provided
