Job Description

Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value.Partner with the bestAs Quality Control Inspector, you will provide support for the inspection of machine parts and tools during assemblies and sub-assemblies. You will work as a collaborative team member and ensure all parts and tools are thoroughly verified to meet our standards. You will be given the opportunity to experience our innovative design and technology.As an Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:

  • Verifying tests as required on all components and completed assemblies
  • Overseeing preparation of drawings, technical documents and manufacturing records for orders to ensure compliance with internal systems
  • Inspecting parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and prints
  • Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications
  • Identifying enhancements in processes and procedures to improve performance
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor?s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years experience in Quality Inspection on machine parts and tools during assembly and subassembly processes
  • Show proficient knowledge of dimensional testing, reading drawings and manufacturing process
  • Aware of ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 standards.
  • Good knowledge about calibration labs and requirements.
