Quality Control(FG) Technician page is loadedQuality Control(FG) TechnicianQuality Control(FG) TechnicianlocationsSaudi Arabia - KAEC PGS Plant time typeFull time posted onPosted Yesterday job requisition id4845237ROLE SUMMARY* Analyzing all physical and chemical tests for in-process, finished product, stability, Analytical Method Transfer Exercise (AMTE) and method validation in a timely manner.* Performance of lab-related documentation / tasks.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES* Perform all physical and chemical tests for in-process, finished product and related tasks in a timely manner.* Perform all physical and chemical tests for stability studies of finished products and related tasks in a timely manner.* Participate in method validation for new or old products to be submitted to regulatory authorities.* Perform the Analytical Method Transfer Exercise (AMTE) for the new test procedures required for manufacturing of new product in KAEC site.* Planning and executing for both Long-Term and accelerated stability testing of new & established products.* Execute all activities related to process, cleaning and instrument validation.* Participate in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).* Updating and executing the SOPs, calibration and validation documents Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) related to chemical laboratory tasks.* Implementing the PQS requirements regarding the chemical laboratory* Perform and execute analytical method validation protocols.* Participate in developing new test methods and its validation * Lab 5S and house keeping.*Qualifications*BASIC QUALIFICATIONS* Basic scientific degree.* 0-2 years? experience in similar position.* Ability to read English and interpret documents such as cGMP/ FDA regulations, standard operating procedures, and Pfizer corporate policy manuals.* Ability to report results clearly and concisely. Sound reasoning and ability to quickly analyze and solve complex problems.* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.* Ability to work independently and with other teams.* PC literate with the following applications: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.*Nice-to-Have* * Advanced scientific degree. * 2 or more years? experience in similar positionPHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS* Good command of English both written and spoken.* Knowledgeable with interpersonal learning.* Communication, teaching and coaching skills.* Logic way of thinking.* Management and decision-making skills.* High analytical skills.* Professional in reports writing.
