We specialize in meeting staffing requirements for various industries, including oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure, airports, and more.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Supervisor Piping - Oil & Gas Construction for Saudi Arabia. As a QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control activities related to piping in oil and gas construction projects. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience.Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree / Diploma in engineering or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in quality control for piping in oil and gas construction.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes related to piping, such as ASME, API, and ASTM.
  • Experience with inspection techniques and tools, including NDT methods.
  • Familiarity with welding procedures and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the quality control activities for piping in oil and gas construction projects.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to verify the quality of piping materials, welding, fabrication, and installation.
  • Review and approve inspection and test plans, quality control documents, and non-conformance reports.
  • Monitor and track the progress of quality control activities and provide status reports to the project team.
  • Train and mentor junior QC inspectors and provide guidance on quality control practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the quality of purchased piping materials and equipment.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality control practices for oil and gas construction projects.
