Job Description

Supervise daily electrical quality control activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SATIP, SAIC) and international codes (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE, API).Review and validate Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Work Procedures for electrical installations and equipment.Monitor electrical installation works, including power distribution systems, lighting, earthing, cable laying, panel installations, and hazardous area equipment.Conduct and witness testing such as IR testing, continuity, HV testing, functional and loop checks, as per Aramco and project requirements.Coordinate inspections with Aramco PMT/Consultants, third-party inspectors, and construction teams.Identify and raise NCRs, initiate root cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation of corrective/preventive actions.Ensure proper documentation and traceability of electrical QA/QC records, material approvals, test reports, and red-line drawings.Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and assist in the preparation of system handover dossiers (ITR, MCC, RFI, etc.).Verify calibration status of electrical testing instruments and ensure tools are properly maintained.Train and support site QA/QC inspectors, technicians, and subcontractors to meet Aramco quality requirements.Key Requirement:10 years of experience in inspection and shall have 3 years direct experience in supervision of construction activities in the contract scope of work in oil, gas and petrochemical projects, infrastructure and communicationShould have E&I Approval to guide the QC Inspector on instrumentation inspection requirements.Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.Experience:Minimum 7–10 years of QA/QC experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 3–5 years on Saudi Aramco projects.Must have worked in large Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals and Industrial Projects.Skills:In-depth knowledge of Aramco quality procedures, specifications, and inspection requirements.Proficient in using QA/QC tools, databases, and project management software.Certification in ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor), Saudi Aramco CBT (if applicable) is preferred.Familiar with electrical systems in classified hazardous areas (ATEX, IECEx).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Good time management, organizing, follow-up and expediting skills.Must be Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage.Work Location:AlhasaSalary:Above salary range is competitive and commensurate with qualification and experience. However, the final salary offer will be determined based on the candidates performance during the interview process.Joining Time:Immediate or Max 1 Month after Selection
